Very Berry Shake
1 scoop VanillaWhey Protein Powder
1 cup water, skimmilk, 2%milk or soymilk
1/2 cup frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)
Pour liquid into blender. Add berries & protein powder. Blend until smooth.
